PDC Required Training/ PDP Toolbox Q&A with Tonya and Jay

An opportunity to complete the Yearly Required PDC Training followed up by a PDP Toolbox Q&A with Tonya and Jay. There will be 4 sessions offered from 1-3 PM (August 11th, 17th, 20th, or 25th) so pick a day that will fit into your schedule and join us for the Required Training and Q&A.

Quick-Fix Mindfulness Strategies

This one hour session will provide you with many ideas for quick, effective mindful strategies that can help you and your students reduce stress/anxiety, improve focus, or offer a quick burst of energy.
